The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation was created by the National Association of Realtors(NAR) which has been committed to helping our service members and veterans attain services from a professional who understands the demands, time restraint, and stresses of your permanent change of station(PCS) orders. Is having the Military Relocation Professional certification the only reason you should use these highly qualified Realtors? My fellow Realtors who attained this designation will say yes. I completed this course and have the designation but the real reason you should call me for your real estate needs is because before I was a great Realtor in the Phoenix metropolitan area, I was indeed one of The Few, and The Proud! I spent twenty plus years in the Marine Corps. Enjoying PCS’ing to the east coast, west coast, overseas and everywhere in between! Dozens of my Marines transferred during my tours which I had to help coordinate while they were training and deployed.
Understanding all of the complications that arise getting your Permissive Temporary Assigned Duty (PTAD) orders approved is important.
