Real estate sale in the west valley of Phoenix saw quite a jump this quarter over the previous 90 days. The real estate in the cities of Avondale, Buckeye, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Surprise and Waddell sold 3,031 homes this quarter. Amazingly, this is a forty-four percent jump in home sales from the previous quarter which had 1,713. The price range for all of these sales was a low of $32,500 in Buckeye to a high of $874,000 in Pebblecreek.
