Our Home Buying Seminar is June 30th 2018 from 10:00AM to 2:00PM.
Whether you’re in the market to purchase a home now or if it may be down 
the road a while, the home buying seminar is for you. So, if you or any friends or family may be looking at purchasing a home in the next year or so please RSVP for this free event so we can reserve space. We will have a mortgage lender and Realtors present to help educate you. You’ll get a birds eye view of where you stand with your credit score and history as well as what your buying power potentially can be. Mortgage Lender:
Our preferred and trusted mortgage lender will be present at the home buying seminar to answer all of your questions. They’ll be able to pull your credit score and guide you in the right direction to be able to purchase a home. Even if you know your credit may be off a little, it’s a great idea to speak with an expert to get you on the path to credit recovery. Once the prequalification process is complete the lender will issue you a letter stating prequalification and you will be eligible to start the hunt for your new home the very next day!
Realtors:
We will also have our Team of Realtors available at the home buying seminar to speak with after you’ve met with the lender. Together with your Realtor you will determine your search criteria getting you a step closer to the home of your dreams! This one on one time with a professional allows you the buyer to see more clearly just what type of home is right for you. We will also show you all of the steps to the home buying process and what to expect along the way. Attendee’s will also receive a complimentary free buyers guide just for attending.
