Ewen Real Estate is happy to. This report is for the summer months of July, August, and September 2014 and will give you information on all of the homes for sale currently, homes that have closed escrow and what the average listing price was and ultimately what the average sales price was.
This report will give you the statistics of this quarter and compare them with that of the same time period of year ago in Goodyear, Arizona. It will also give you some of the larger neighborhoods information at the bottom to see how your neighborhood compares with the other neighborhoods and the city of Goodyear. Real Estate statistics for Palm Valley, Estrella Mountain Ranch, and Canyon Trails is provided.
Overall the number of homes sold in 2014 is down from that of a year ago, which stands to reason, the number of new homes listed for sale is also down. This most likely could be credited to the price of homes going up slightly and qualifying for home loans at this time is a challenge for many. The good news is, the average sale price for Goodyear AZ Real Estate is up almost $8,000 from that of a year ago.
