Home values are enjoying a nice recovery in Goodyear and homebuyers may want to take a strong look at purchasing now before interest rates go up or they get priced out of their dream home. We also have the The Maricopa County Market report.
As far as new real estate listings in Goodyear during March 2014, it was a strong month bringing 173 new homes for sale and giving potential homebuyers a nice inventory of homes to choose from. The average days a home was on the market increased slightly this year as well. Home sellers want to make sure they are getting advice from a qualified expert in pricing their home initially as it’s hard to go back with price adjustments to meet the market and still expect a demand.
